Foundations of Flow – Yoga for Beginners

Have you been interested in yoga, but don’t know where to start? Then you will enjoy our “Foundations of Flow- Yoga for Beginners” series!
This 8-class series will run from Wednesdays from November 8th-December 20th and Friday, December 22nd at 8:30 am!
Classes are a $5 donation to the Friends of the Hornell Public Library.
