Bike Giveaway with Larry Pelkey

Our library has teamed up with Larry Pelkey for a Bike Giveaway Saturday, March 18th!
We will be giving out 50 refurbished bikes, on a first come first serve basis,
The Hornell Police Department will be attending to talk about bike safety and to hand out a limited supply of helmets.
Join us for a 10:30 AM story time and grab a take-home craft kit to decorate your new bike spokes!
