Rules of the Road for Beginning Cyclists: Ages 5 to 10, will take place on August 9th from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM behind the library where the Hornell Police Department will set up a practice course to learn the rules of the road and how to stay safe!
Registration is required so please call the library at 607-324-1210. Participants will be required to wear helmets. If you do not have a helmet, please contact the Hornell Police Department to be fitted for a helmet for free.
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. While the library and police department have taken safety precautions the participants of both our bike events ride at their own risk.
